You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards in sales, service, and operations ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the Simply Chic brand. Coach staff to deliver win-win customer interactions that drive repeat business
Recruit, hire, and train team members across all areas—product knowledge, sales, customer service, and operations
Manage store operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
Control variable expenses, including labor, productivity, and inventory costs
Drive sales and service performance to achieve profitability and growth goals
compensation & benefits
$26,000–$34,000+ annually, based on experience and performance (hourly pay + seasonal bonuses)

As a Full-Time Buyer at Simply Chic, you'll play a vital role in the heart of our resale business, selecting and pricing incoming merchandise while providing an outstanding experience to our selling customers. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-focused retail environment and love helping women look and feel their best, this role is for you.

key responsibilities
Engage with customers on the sales floor and at checkout to create memorable experiences
Select and price gently used clothing and accessories brought in by selling customers
Accurately operate the POS system and handle transactions with care
Tag and merchandise incoming product and recover items from dressing rooms
Communicate with selling customers during both the sign-in and pay-out process
Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Contribute to a strong team culture through reliability, communication, and collaboration
